THE CENTER SCHOOL
Our most current project - renovating an 80,000 square foot building that was formerly an office building, and helping to turn it into school for children with disabilities.
The existing equipment was installed in 1986 - almost 30 years ago! The heat was sub optimal, and the air conditioning equipment was working at about 50% capacity. We installed 4 new Trane Intellipak rooftop units with a combined cooling capacity of 320 Tons, and 3.4 million BTUs of gas heat. Along with the rooftop, we are installing almost 100 Variable Air Volume (VAV) boxes and a new wireless control system. We estimate that the customer will save a minimum of 25% on their energy bills which were running as high as $45,000 a month in the winter. With those kind of savings, the upgrade will pay for itself in a few years - not to mention giving the occupants a much greater level of comfort!
NEWARK BOARD OF EDUCATION
The Newark School District, with 66 schools, 5,595 employees and a student population of 35,329, is the largest and one of the oldest school systems in New Jersey. In our ongoing relationship with this client, our dedicated team of technicians are responsible for the service, repair, maintenance, and new installation of HVAC equipment - city wide. We keep the district comfortable, and do everything in our power to keep the equipment up and running while avoiding costly replacements where ever possible - saving the district money for the more important things.

Among our varied customers, is Lord Stirling Stables, a barn in Basking Ridge NJ that houses both people and animals alike.
